What machine do you need for your accounting office? 

Printers, scanners and copiers may appear to be similar machines that perform the same purpose. However, these machines have different functions and capabilities depending on the make and model. Printer

Copier

The initial stages of scanning and copying are identical; both machines acquire a digital copy of an image. The big difference between these devices is that a copier will print the digital image onto paper and a scanner will store the digital image to a memory card, USB device or will transmit the image to a computer. Therefore, if you require both functions this can lead to issues and the purchase of separate machines.  

AiO’s All-in-Ones

The problem with an AiO is that although it has multiple functions, it cannot multi-task.
